Chicago Thin Crust

Known as Tavern Style or Thin Crust Pizza, it originated in Chicago’s family taverns in the 1940s, where it was served with beer. It’s recognizable for being cut into squares, featuring an exceptionally thin crust that’s both crispy and juicy. Our recommendation: Perfect for dipping in sauce and sharing with friends over beer or rakija.

Detroit Style

One size

Originating in Detroit in 1946, this pizza is baked in distinctive square steel pans that were originally used for automotive parts. Through fermentation, the dough develops a light and airy center, while the steel pans retain heat perfectly, creating a crispy, caramelized crust around the edges. By adding the Turbo Crust — a blend of butter, garlic and Parmesan — the crust gains a new dimension of crunchiness and rich flavor.
